About MOBILE NOTARY - Apostille & Loan Signing Services

A Notary Public is a licensed, bonded, and insured individual appointed by the California Secretary of State to administer oaths, verify signatures and identify prospective signers. As impartial witnesses, it's our job to determine one's willingness and capacity to understand the signed document. A 'Mobile Notary' (aka Traveling Notary) travels to their clientele and performs the act of Notarization on-site at their location. Be it at your home, office, coffee shop, hospital, government facility, nursing home, airport, etc., and we are here to serve you wherever you need us.

What types of documents can be Notarized?

First, I should note that we Notarize signatures on documents (not necessarily the document itself, which can be a common misconception). With that said, there's no limitation on the type of documents we might come across on a given day. One of the only document-related stipulations the State of California informs us of is that there are to be no blank spaces on the document in question before Notarization (except the signature line, of course). So that means all dates, initials, titles, etc., must be completed before the Notarization.

For reference purposes, we've included a small list of some standard documents we see day in and day out. This list is not comprehensive and does not include every type of document that might be eligible for a Notarization. Please don't hesitate to call us if you have any questions about this list or your specific type of document.
